ChurchMembersAPP

Everything it does,
and why each part exists.

Nothing here was added because other software has it. Each one answers something that went wrong in a real church register.

Your church family, actually connected

Membership is not a list of names. It is parents, children, spouses and the relationships that make a church feel like home.

  • Find and link family who are already on the roll.
  • Record parents who have not joined yet.
  • Open a family, or open one person — the links read both ways.

One row in the register, read from both ends, so the two records can never disagree with each other.

The birthday list, already written

Every birthday this month in date order, each with a greeting ready to send by WhatsApp or email in your church’s own wording. Nobody is missed because nobody had to remember.

A child with no phone of their own is greeted through both parents — not one of them, both.

October 17 birthdays
Oscar Chambers54 on the 14thSend
Kaydia Hinds6 on the 18thSend
Kaydia’s goes to Kevin and Marcia Hinds.

Anniversaries, the ones churches forget

Wedding anniversaries come round the same way birthdays do, and almost nobody tracks them. The app keeps them on the same list, counts the years, and writes the greeting to the couple together.

Milestone years are marked, so a fortieth does not go past with the same note as a fourth.

October 4 anniversaries
Alfred & Sophia Bryan37 years on the 22ndSend
Leon & Pearl Shaw40 years on the 29thSend
One greeting, addressed to both of them.

Anyone, in three letters

Name, member number, phone, email or congregation — one box. Filter by position or status, then print or export exactly what you filtered, not the whole roll.

Searching a parent’s name finds their children too.

The questions you get
asked in meetings.

Every report is a real question somebody asks out loud. Run it, read it, print it, or take it away as a spreadsheet.

Who is on the rollThe full contact list, or just one congregation, position or status.
Who is not yet baptisedThe list most churches ask for first, and the easiest to act on.

Whose birthday is comingThis month, in date order, with the greeting written.
Which children have aged outWho has moved past children’s church and needs their own record.
Who came by transferWho joined from another church, and when they did.

New questions become new reports. Nothing here is a fixed list, which is why there is no number on it.

And the rest of it.

The parts nobody asks about in a demo and everybody uses in the first month.

Bring your list Import from a spreadsheet, see what will be added before it is, and undo a whole import in one go.
On a phone The whole directory works on a phone, and a member’s details save into your contacts.
Printed directory The whole roll, laid out for paper, for the leaders who want it on paper.
Photographs Member pictures, resized and stored with the record.
Accounts Give the secretary what she needs without giving away everything.
Updates New versions install from inside the app.

Is yours on this list?

If the thing your church struggles with is not here, tell me. That is usually how the next part gets built.
